All purchases are backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return the item in its original condition for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. Please review the following points when considering a return:

1. Any returned items must be in their original condition. Damaged items will be subject to a fee and may result in a total loss of refund. We recommend that all shipments be insured for their full value. (Note: All shipments originating from Boxcar Graffiti Art are insured for full purchase price)

2. The customer must pay for shipping both ways, unless it is determined that there was an error on the part of Boxcar Graffiti Art.

3. Boxcar Graffiti Art must be notified of any returns at least 24 hours in advance. Any returns made without advanced notice are subject to a $15 return/restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount.
